- • This freelance Risk Analyst - AI Trainer role is critical for advancing AI systems' ability to understand and apply real-world risk logic, bridging expert human insight with machine learning to improve the accuracy and practicality of AI-driven risk assessment tools.
- • You will directly influence how next-generation AI models interpret complex risk scenarios, ensuring they reflect authentic business contexts and sound judgment rather than theoretical or oversimplified assumptions.
- • Day-to-day, you will review and refine AI-generated outputs on risk identification, evaluation, mitigation strategies, compliance, and operational/financial risk management, focusing on practical application and business realism.
- • You will evaluate AI responses for logical consistency, real-world feasibility, and alignment with established risk frameworks, identifying flaws in reasoning or gaps in contextual understanding.
- • You will draft realistic business risk scenarios and case studies drawn from your professional experience, creating nuanced examples that reflect diverse stakeholder perspectives such as risk managers, compliance officers, executives, and board members.
- • You will develop variations of these scenarios to test AI reasoning across different organizational roles and decision-making contexts, enhancing the model’s adaptability and depth of understanding.

🎯 Requirements
- • Senior-level experience as a risk analyst, risk manager, compliance officer, or equivalent practitioner in risk assessment, operational risk, financial risk, or compliance management.
- • Based in and legally eligible to work in the EU or UK, with ability to commit 8–20 hours per week on a freelance basis.
- • Demonstrated ability to identify weak logic, theoretical gaps, or impractical assumptions in risk reasoning and provide clear, structured feedback.
- • Comfort working independently with minimal supervision, delivering high-quality, timely contributions to ongoing AI training projects.
- • Strong written communication skills, with proficiency in drafting realistic risk scenarios and evaluating AI outputs for business relevance and technical accuracy.
