- • As an RN in the instED Clinical Resource Center, you will be at the forefront of delivering high-quality, patient-centered acute care remotely, serving adults with complex medical needs.
- • Your primary role will involve providing expert telephonic nurse triage, ensuring that all incoming referrals are clinically appropriate and meet the stringent standards of instED.
- • You will leverage your extensive clinical judgment to assess patient acuity, prioritize care needs, and make critical decisions in accordance with established instED policies and procedures.
- • A key responsibility will be identifying emergent situations and acting swiftly to facilitate appropriate referrals to the emergency department when the clinical situation demands immediate intervention.
- • You will be instrumental in providing clear, concise, and compassionate clinical advice and patient education over the phone, empowering patients to understand and manage their health.
- • A significant aspect of your role will be the meticulous tracking and review of lab results. You will ensure all ordered labs are resulted, patients are appropriately notified of their outcomes, and collaborate closely with instED physicians and nurse practitioners to manage any necessary follow-up.
- • Effective communication with patients is paramount; you will engage with them to provide essential education and detailed instructions regarding recommended follow-up care, ensuring continuity and adherence to treatment plans.

- • Your insights will be valuable in the development and design of the instED Now platform. You will provide constructive feedback and innovative suggestions to drive platform enhancements and optimize user experience.
