- • The Robot Operations Manager at Serverobotics Inc. plays a critical role in ensuring the global deployment and operational readiness of sidewalk delivery robots across multiple U.S. markets, directly enabling the company’s mission to transform urban logistics by reducing congestion and expanding access to local businesses.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include modeling and forecasting robot allocation needs, maintaining a master allocation calendar aligned with supply chain and repair schedules, managing a live database of municipal regulatory requirements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in Hardware, Policy, Product, and Supply Chain to ensure compliance and readiness before every deployment.
- • The role sits at the intersection of operations, policy, and engineering within a fast-moving, innovative team of industry veterans in software, hardware, and design who are building scalable robotic delivery solutions for real-world urban environments.
- • The individual will develop expertise in robotic fleet management, regulatory compliance for autonomous systems, cross-functional coordination in high-stakes launches, and data-driven decision-making using SQL and spreadsheet modeling to optimize fleet utilization and launch readiness.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3–7 years of experience in operations, supply chain, robotics, mobility, or a similar fast-paced hardware + field operations environment
- • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL or spreadsheet-based modeling
- • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with hardware, policy, or compliance teams
