- • Operate advanced robotic systems remotely using specialized control interfaces to perform real-world tasks in manufacturing, logistics, retail, and service environments.
- • Supervise robotic operations in real time, ensuring safe and efficient execution of tasks while monitoring system performance and environmental conditions.
- • Respond immediately to system alerts, anomalies, or operational failures by intervening manually through the teleoperation interface to prevent damage or safety incidents.
- • Collaborate with AI and robotics engineering teams to provide detailed feedback on robot behavior, interface usability, and task execution challenges to inform system improvements.
- • Maintain precise hand-eye coordination and sustained focus during extended operational shifts in fast-paced, high-stakes environments.
- • Follow strict operational protocols and safety procedures when controlling robots in dynamic or unstructured settings.
- • Document operational logs, task outcomes, and system performance metrics accurately after each shift for analysis and model training purposes.
- • Participate in training sessions and simulations to become proficient with new control interfaces, robotic platforms, and task workflows.
- • Work closely with cross-functional teams including AI developers, mechanical engineers, and quality assurance specialists to validate robotic system capabilities under real-world conditions.
- • Adapt quickly to changing task requirements, environmental variables, and evolving operational priorities in a rapidly developing AI and robotics program.
- • Ensure compliance with all internal safety standards and regulatory guidelines when operating robotic systems in industrial and commercial settings.
- • Maintain a high level of situational awareness and decision-making accuracy under time-sensitive conditions to support seamless human-robot collaboration.
- • Contribute to the iterative development of autonomous systems by identifying patterns in robot behavior that indicate opportunities for automation or human-in-the-loop refinement.
- • Use multiple input streams—including video feeds, sensor data, and control dashboards—to make real-time operational decisions with minimal latency.
- • Maintain consistent performance across multiple shifts and rotating schedules to support 24/7 testing and validation cycles of robotic systems.
