- • Romanian Interpreter role at LanguageLine Solutions, providing video-phone interpretation services between Romanian and English speakers to break language barriers in healthcare, government, emergency services, and business sectors.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include responding to interpreting sessions promptly, delivering accurate interpretation via video/audio, maintaining professionalism during high-stress calls (e.g., 911, medical), typing data on dedicated devices, and adhering to industry-specific protocols while remaining culturally sensitive and neutral.

🎯 Requirements
- • Fluency in Romanian and English with understanding of cultural dynamics
- • Ability to remain neutral, objective, and detached during sensitive or emotional calls
- • High school diploma or equivalent and legal authorization to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
- • Access to a quiet workspace, dedicated device (Windows/MacOS/ChromeOS laptop/desktop, tablet, or smartphone), and high-speed internet (5 Mbps download, 3 Mbps upload)
- • Must be at least 18 years old and able to use a headset and keyboard/mouse for extended periods
