📋 Description

• As an RPA Developer on Guidehouse’s Technology - Platforms - UiPath team, you will work on high-impact, high-visibility projects that shape the company’s current business and long-term strategy, supporting internal and external clients in their automation journey.
• You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of automation solutions, including requirements gathering, process documentation, development, testing, and deployment of RPA solutions using UiPath, Power Automate, and other tools.
• You will join the Platforms Center of Excellence (CoE), a unique team focused on solving clients’ critical challenges through RPA, Microsoft Power Platform, and AI, including cognitive automations that integrate machine learning with RPA.
• You will have opportunities to learn and advance your career by collaborating with senior developers, business analysts, and testers, gaining exposure to governance models, Agile delivery, and intelligent automation at scale.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD SECRET security clearance, with approved adjudication prior to onboarding; active SECRET or higher clearance preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience functioning as an RPA developer.
• Experience developing with Power Automate and familiarity with RPA Control Room, queue management, and scheduling.
• Understanding of RPA development lifecycle, including process and object creation, exception handling, debugging, and adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Experience working within an automation Center of Excellence and governance model, with exposure to Agile project delivery methods.
