📋 Description

• We're hiring an RPA Developer to join one of our clients, a biotechnology company advancing immune-driven medicine through precision diagnostics and research.
• Our client is expanding its use of UiPath to automate core business processes.
• This is a remote, long-term engagement with a company solving real problems in immune-driven medicine.
• As an RPA Developer, you'll analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities.
• You'll design and develop UiPath workflows, bots, and automation components.
• You'll collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define automation scope.
• You'll create Process Design Documents (PDD) and Solution Design Documents (SDD).
• You'll configure UiPath Orchestrator for bot scheduling, monitoring, and management.
• You'll build reusable automation components and follow best practices.
• You'll perform unit and integration testing, and support UAT activities.
• You'll troubleshoot and resolve bot failures and production issues.
• You'll monitor bot performance and drive continuous improvement.
• You'll maintain technical documentation and knowledge repositories.
• You'll ensure compliance with security, audit, and governance standards.
• You'll support production deployments and hypercare activities.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of UiPath development experience.
• Strong knowledge of UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and REFramework.
• Experience with APIs, Excel automation, PDF processing, email automation, and web applications.
• Knowledge of SQL and database integration.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
• Strong communication skills and comfort working directly with clients.
