📋 Description

  • As Run Operations Manager at Dwelly Inc., you will be the right hand to the Head of Property Management, owning the day-to-day execution of the Property Management vertical across integrated agencies. You will run a team of 50+ people initially, scaling to 250+ through a layer of Team Coordinators, ensuring seamless operations from tenant move-in to check-out, including maintenance, compliance, inspections, and renewals.
  • Your daily responsibilities include enforcing adherence to SOPs and performance standards, tracking and surpassing key KPIs such as tenant response time and work order completion, managing performance across Team Coordinators, resolving escalations, leading daily standups and weekly 1:1s, hiring and exiting decisively, and partnering with cross-functional Run Operations Managers and central teams to surface operational issues and feedback.
  • Dwelly is a UK-based, AI-enabled lettings and property management platform growing through a roll-up strategy, acquiring estate agencies and integrating them into a tech-enabled digital platform within two months. Backed by top-tier investors and led by experts in real estate, technology, and operations, the company automates tenant management, payments, and maintenance to improve efficiency and user experience at scale.
  • In this role, you will develop expertise in scaling high-volume, KPI-driven operations, refine your leadership in multi-layered team management, gain deep experience in property management workflows and compliance, and contribute to disrupting the antiquated residential rental industry by building a scalable, tech-driven service model that improves experiences for millions of renters.

🎯 Requirements

  • 7–10+ years in hands-on operational management, including 3–5+ years running 100+ people through a multi-layer structure
  • Experience in contact centres, customer support at scale, BPO, outsourced services, field operations, retail, or branch networks
  • Exceptionally organised and detail-oriented, with fluency in reading dashboards and making data-driven decisions
  • Exceptional people skills, including hiring, performance management, coaching, and building standards across large teams via a coordinator layer
  • Proven ability to thrive in fast-growing, operationally-intensive businesses with multi-site structures and distributed teams
  • Experience managing teams through 5x+ YoY growth and its operational consequences
