📋 Description
- • As Run Operations Manager — Tenant Find at Dwelly Inc., you will own the day-to-day execution of the Tenant Find vertical, ensuring seamless operation from property listing and marketing through viewings, applicant screening, referencing, and move-in. This role is critical to maintaining service quality and operational consistency as the company scales its integrated agency network from 50+ to 250+ people.
- • You will lead a multi-layered team by managing 5–10 Team Coordinators who oversee lettings negotiators, enforcing adherence to SOPs, driving performance against key metrics (e.g., time-to-let, viewing-to-offer conversion), and resolving escalations that require judgment beyond the coordinator level. Your focus will be on data-driven decision-making, proactive risk mitigation, and sustaining high service standards across distributed operations.
- • Dwelly is a fast-growing, AI-enabled lettings and property management platform headquartered in London, scaling through a roll-up strategy that acquires estate agencies and integrates them into a tech-enabled platform. - • In this role, you will develop expertise in managing high-volume, KPI-driven operations at scale, refine your leadership in multi-site, distributed workforce environments, and contribute directly to transforming one of the world’s largest consumer industries. You will build accountability, coach teams to raise performance standards, and partner cross-functionally with Product Management, Payments, Property Management, and central teams to ensure cohesive agency operations.
🎯 Requirements
- • 7–10+ years in hands-on operational management, including 3–5+ years running 100+ people through a multi-layer structure (managing coordinators/team leads who manage individual contributors)
- • Experience in contact centres, customer support at scale, BPO, outsourced services, field operations, retail, or branch networks — high-volume, KPI-driven environments with distributed workforces where service level is the product
- • Exceptionally organised and detail-oriented; fluent in reading dashboards and making evidence-based decisions when metrics drift
- • Proven people skills in hiring, performance management, coaching, and building standards across hundreds of people via a coordinator layer
- • Experience in fast-growing, operationally-intensive businesses with multi-site/multi-branch structures and managing distributed alongside on-the-ground teams
- • Track record of navigating 5x+ year-over-year growth and its operational consequences
