📋 Description
- • As a Regional Vice President (RVP) for ALPS Enterprise at SailPoint Technologies Holdings, Inc., you will lead a strategic sales team focused on selling the company’s market-leading Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) Solution Suite, a critical component of enterprise security that helps organizations manage access to applications and data.
- • Day to day, you will manage and inspire a team of sales professionals, drive pipeline development and forecasting rigor, collaborate with channel partners and internal functions (marketing, talent acquisition, product), evaluate team and process effectiveness, and execute on monthly, quarterly, and annual business plans to achieve growth targets.

- • In this role, you will develop and execute 12-month and 3-year business plans, refine team structure and processes, demonstrate measurable improvements in sales performance, and earn internal enablement badges (e.g., 'Captain', 'Sailing Master') as milestones of success, positioning you for sustained impact and career growth within a high-growth SaaS and cybersecurity leader.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven track record of leading sales teams in high-growth SaaS or cybersecurity organizations
- • Experience leading sales during a transition from on-premises to SaaS delivery models
- • Ability to bring structure and rigor to sales processes including pipeline management and forecasting
- • Experience in strategic sales leadership with direct team management and matrix leadership of supporting functions
- • Success in selling complex enterprise solutions, ideally within identity security or adjacent markets
- • Experience collaborating with channel partners and internal teams (marketing, product, talent) to drive revenue
