  • • Dandelion Energy is at a pivotal moment of national expansion, seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Vice President (RVP) of Enterprise Sales to spearhead our growth across the East Region, encompassing the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast United States.
  • • This is a strategic leadership role designed for an individual who excels at managing high-performing enterprise sales teams, developing and executing regional go-to-market strategies, and driving significant revenue growth within the homebuilder, developer, and institutional property owner sectors.
  • • As the RVP of Enterprise Sales for the East, you will be instrumental in deepening our partnerships with the nation's leading players in residential construction and property management, solidifying Dandelion's position as the premier provider of residential geothermal systems.
  • • You will lead, mentor, and manage a team of Enterprise Sales Directors and Account Executives, fostering a culture of high performance, collaboration, and accountability.
  • • A key aspect of your role will be to drive consistent performance and forecast accuracy through rigorous coaching, regular pipeline reviews, and the implementation of a disciplined sales process.
  • • You will collaborate closely with the Head of Sales to adapt and execute national sales strategies tailored to the unique dynamics of the East Region's markets.
  • • Building and developing the regional sales team is paramount; you will be responsible for scaling the team effectively, ensuring alignment on goals, processes, and pipeline health.
  • • Your strategic vision will extend to developing and executing comprehensive territory plans that balance aggressive growth objectives with sustainable profitability.
  • • A significant part of your responsibility will involve building and nurturing strong relationships with key enterprise accounts, including national and regional homebuilders, developers, and institutional property owners.
  • • You will actively support your team in closing large, complex, and multi-stakeholder deals, often involving long sales cycles.
  • • Partnering with Sales Engineering and Marketing teams will be crucial to developing compelling proposals that address the technical, financial, and environmental requirements of our enterprise clients.
  • • You will leverage your understanding of the market and Dandelion's innovative geothermal solutions to create proposals that highlight efficiency, cost savings, and sustainability benefits.
  • • Collaboration with the Policy team is essential to effectively integrate local and regional incentives, rebates, and regulatory advantages into customer proposals, enhancing their financial attractiveness.
  • • Maintaining a highly disciplined and data-driven sales process is a core expectation, including defined playbooks, rigorous qualification criteria, and strict CRM accountability.
  • • You will ensure meticulous pipeline management through Salesforce, conducting regular cadence reviews to identify opportunities, risks, and areas for improvement.
  • • Identifying and implementing opportunities to enhance sales enablement tools, training programs, and reporting mechanisms within your region will be critical to empowering your team's success.
  • • This role requires a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution; you must be adept at coaching your team while also being willing to roll up your sleeves and engage directly in critical deals.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Minimum of 10 years of experience in B2B sales, with at least 3 years in a sales leadership role managing enterprise sales teams.
  • • Proven track record of success leading teams selling into industries such as homebuilders, developers, HVAC contractors, or related construction and real estate sectors.
  • • Demonstrated ability to consistently exceed regional or national bookings targets and drive significant revenue growth.
  • • Experience managing multi-state territories and leading distributed sales teams, with a strong understanding of regional market dynamics.
  • • Deep familiarity with CRM systems, with Salesforce experience being highly preferred, and proficiency in sales process management.
  • • Exceptional analytical, communication, organizational, and self-motivation skills, with a strategic mindset and hands-on deal-making capability.
