  • • As a SaaS Account Executive at Latamcent, you will play a pivotal role in expanding the company’s footprint in the U.S. B2B SaaS market by driving new business acquisition and managing the full sales lifecycle from initial outreach to contract signing. Your efforts will directly contribute to revenue growth and market penetration in a fast-scaling nearshore staffing provider.
  • • You will spend the majority of your time engaging prospects through high-volume cold calling, leveraging phone-based outreach to build and nurture a robust sales pipeline, while also utilizing networking and referral strategies to identify and qualify leads in the competitive recruiting and staffing services space.
  • • Through discovery calls, you will consult with U.S.-based clients to understand their hiring challenges, present Latamcent’s nearshore recruiting solutions tailored to their needs, and articulate the value proposition of accessing top 10% Latin American talent with time zone and cultural alignment.
  • • You will negotiate and close contracts with a focus on maximizing both revenue and long-term client value, ensuring alignment between client expectations and service delivery, and collaborating closely with internal recruiters to facilitate smooth onboarding and timely talent placement post-sale.
  • • Latamcent operates as a mission-driven nearshore staffing agency that empowers U.S. companies to overcome talent shortages by tapping into Latin America’s high-skilled workforce, offering cost-effective, scalable hiring solutions without compromising on quality or communication efficiency.
  • • In this role, you will develop advanced consultative selling skills, deepen your expertise in B2B SaaS sales cycles and recruitment process outsourcing (RPO), and gain exposure to cross-border talent dynamics—positioning you for accelerated career growth in sales leadership or strategic account management within a high-growth, innovative environment.
