- • Onhires Inc. is seeking a dynamic and experienced SaaS Marketing Manager to spearhead the product marketing strategy for a cutting-edge SaaS platform. This pivotal role involves owning the entire product marketing lifecycle, from initial positioning and successful launch to the ongoing implementation and strategic scaling of the platform. You will be instrumental in defining the overarching marketing plan, fostering alignment across various departments, and ensuring seamless execution of all product-related marketing endeavors.
- • As a key leader, you will bridge the gap between strategy, execution, and performance, orchestrating the entire marketing ecosystem to drive product success and business growth. Your responsibilities will span across Product, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Partnerships, translating innovative product features into tangible customer value and measurable business outcomes.
- • **Marketing Strategy, Planning & Leadership:** You will be the primary owner of the end-to-end product marketing strategy, translating high-level company and product objectives into actionable quarterly and annual plans. This includes unifying product marketing, lifecycle marketing, campaign management, affiliate programs, and partnership initiatives under a single, cohesive marketing roadmap. You will lead, mentor, and coordinate the marketing team and any external collaborators involved in executing the strategy, ensuring all product-related marketing priorities, alignment, and outcomes are meticulously managed.
- • **Go-To-Market, Growth & Lifecycle Management:** A core part of your role will be to lead and refine go-to-market strategies for new product launches, significant feature releases, and ongoing roadmap initiatives. You will be responsible for driving product adoption, activation, engagement, expansion, and retention through compelling positioning and impactful messaging. Furthermore, you will own customer lifecycle communication, encompassing onboarding, activation, expansion, retention, and re-engagement strategies. Close collaboration with Sales, Growth, and Customer Success teams will be essential to ensure seamless alignment across both acquisition and retention efforts.
- • **Product, Market & Customer Insights:** You will conduct thorough analyses of market trends, the competitive landscape, customer behavior, and feedback to inform and refine product positioning and messaging. Working closely with the Product team, you will translate these critical insights into compelling customer-facing narratives that resonate with the target audience. You will also support roadmap communication and maintain robust feedback loops between customers and internal teams, ensuring that insights directly influence strategy, prioritization, and execution.
- • **Campaigns, Affiliates & Partnerships:** This role involves overseeing the planning and execution of comprehensive multi-channel marketing campaigns, including paid advertising, organic social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and webinars. You will own and drive the growth of affiliate marketing initiatives, ensuring they are strategically aligned with product positioning and revenue goals. Additionally, you will support and develop strategic partnerships designed to expand distribution channels, enhance visibility, and accelerate product adoption. Effective budget management and ensuring cost efficiency across all marketing initiatives will be paramount.
- • **Performance, Analytics & Brand Enablement:** You will own the critical functions of marketing reporting, analytics, and performance tracking across all product-related initiatives. This includes defining key performance indicators (KPIs), establishing dashboards, and developing reporting frameworks to accurately measure impact and return on investment (ROI). Data-driven decision-making will be central to your approach, using analytics to continuously optimize strategy and guide future actions. Finally, you will own the product positioning and messaging frameworks, ensuring unwavering consistency across all marketing communications and enablement assets.
