- ā¢ Safety Strategy Operations Specialist (Trust & Safety) ā Global role focused on safeguarding platform integrity, identifying emerging threats, and driving scalable risk governance frameworks across global markets for a rapidly growing consumer internet platform serving hundreds of millions of users.
- ā¢ Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring platform risks and establishing early warning systems, coordinating cross-functional incident response for policy-violating content and malicious abuse, optimizing operational workflows with moderation teams, and analyzing risk data to drive continuous improvement in risk mitigation strategies.
- ā¢ Part of the Trust & Safety team at Fuku LLC, a global platform expanding internationally where content safety, user protection, and regulatory compliance are critical across diverse markets including content, community, e-commerce, and advertising ecosystems.
- ā¢ Opportunity to gain deep expertise in global risk governance, shape scalable safety strategies, work on real-world threat scenarios involving fraud and abuse networks, and directly impact user safety and platform integrity at an international scale.
šÆ Requirements
- ā¢ Bachelorās degree or above in any discipline; preferred backgrounds in Computer Science, Data/Analytics, Law, or Public Administration.
- ā¢ Minimum 3+ years of experience in internet risk control, fraud prevention, Trust & Safety operations, content moderation, or related operational roles.
- ā¢ Strong data analysis capability, ability to work under pressure, and proven skill in driving initiatives from strategy to implementation.
- ā¢ Fluency in English; Mandarin is a plus; ability to collaborate effectively across cultures, time zones, and global teams.
