📋 Description

• As a SailPoint IAM Engineer at Allstate, you will play a critical role in safeguarding digital identities and enabling secure, seamless access across enterprise systems, directly supporting the company’s mission to protect families and their belongings through innovative security solutions.
• Day to day, you will implement and maintain SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions, manage identity lifecycle processes, configure application connectors, troubleshoot IAM issues, support compliance audits, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align access controls with business and security objectives.
• You will join Allstate’s enterprise security team, a forward-thinking group dedicated to strengthening identity governance and access management across a Fortune 500 organization with a legacy of innovation in customer protection and risk management.
• In this role, you will deepen your expertise in SailPoint IdentityIQ, cloud IAM platforms, and regulatory compliance, while developing leadership in IAM best practices and contributing to enterprise-wide security standards that impact millions of customers.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of development experience in Identity & Access Management with hands-on expertise in SailPoint IdentityIQ
• Strong understanding of IAM concepts including provisioning, de-provisioning, access reviews, RBAC, certification, and SOD
• Experience with scripting languages such as BeanShell, PowerShell, or Python for customization and automation
• Experience in cloud IAM (e.g., Azure AD, AWS IAM)
• Familiarity with directory services (LDAP, Active Directory), SSO, and authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth)
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks (SOX, HIPAA, GDPR) and their impact on IAM
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field preferred
