We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Account Executive to spearhead new logo acquisition and drive strategic expansion within our largest enterprise accounts.
- • This is a dynamic, full-cycle sales position where you will be instrumental in guiding prospective clients from initial outbound prospecting through to contract execution. Your primary focus will be on selling complex, cutting-edge AI-powered SaaS solutions into sophisticated, multi-stakeholder enterprise environments. You will be empowered to position Suzy not just as a vendor, but as a strategic partner that delivers quantifiable and measurable business impact.
- • Your core mission will be to build and nurture a robust sales pipeline, aiming for a 5x quota attainment through proactive outbound prospecting initiatives and meticulous strategic account planning. This involves identifying key opportunities within target organizations and developing tailored approaches to engage decision-makers.
- • You will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle, encompassing every stage from initial outreach and in-depth discovery calls to compelling executive presentations, skillful negotiation, and ultimately, closing deals. This requires a comprehensive understanding of enterprise sales processes and the ability to adapt to diverse client needs.
- • A significant aspect of this role involves skillfully navigating complex enterprise deal committees and engaging with multi-threaded buying groups. You will need to build rapport and influence stakeholders across various departments, including Procurement, Legal, Security, IT, Finance, and key executive sponsors. Understanding their unique concerns and priorities will be crucial for success.
- • Your sales approach must be centered on delivering tangible business outcomes. This means deeply understanding enterprise priorities such as driving revenue growth, accelerating speed-to-insight, enhancing operational efficiency, and securing a competitive advantage. You will translate Suzy’s advanced AI and data capabilities into clear, executive-level value propositions that resonate with these strategic objectives.
- • Maintaining disciplined forecasting and rigorous pipeline management within Salesforce is essential. Accurate and timely updates will be critical for strategic planning and resource allocation.
- • You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, RevOps, and Product. This partnership is vital for accelerating growth initiatives, refining our go-to-market strategies, and providing invaluable market feedback to inform product development and enhance our overall offering.
- • Success in this role is defined by consistent quota attainment, ideally exceeding 100% on a regular basis. You will be closing six- and seven-figure SaaS AI deals within large, complex enterprise organizations, demonstrating your ability to manage and win significant opportunities.
- • A strong self-generated pipeline and a proactive outbound motion are key indicators of success. Furthermore, your ability to effectively navigate the intricate enterprise procurement and security review processes will be paramount. Ultimately, your success will be measured by your capacity for executive-level selling, consistently focusing on delivering measurable business impact that aligns with our clients' strategic goals.
