- • As a Sales Account Executive, you will be at the forefront of our growth, responsible for identifying, prospecting, and closing new business opportunities within a defined territory. Your primary focus will be on new logo acquisition, leveraging your exceptional cold-calling and full-cycle sales expertise to build and maintain a robust pipeline. You will engage with key decision-makers in the real estate sector, including Regional Property Managers, Commercial Real Estate Developers, and High-density real estate IT Installers, educating them on the transformative benefits of the ButterflyMX solution.
- • Our product is designed to solve real-world problems for developers, owners, property managers, and tenants. It eliminates the need for complex building wiring and in-unit hardware, streamlines access management through an intuitive online dashboard, and provides residents with convenient smartphone-based entry and visitor management. You will be instrumental in communicating this value proposition and demonstrating how ButterflyMX can lower operating costs and significantly improve tenant satisfaction.
- • This role demands a proactive and self-sufficient approach. You will be expected to consistently generate your own leads through strategic cold calling and prospecting efforts, rather than relying on marketing-generated leads. A significant portion of your initial ramp-up period will be dedicated to mastering this hunting strategy, with roughly 50% of your time allocated to prospecting and 50% to cold calling. We encourage you to make 40+ prospecting calls daily to build and nurture your sales pipeline.
- • Success in this role hinges on your ability to not just engage in sales activities, but to drive tangible sales outcomes. You will manage the entire sales cycle, which typically runs from 1 to 3 months, ensuring deals are closed efficiently and effectively. Regular communication with sales management is crucial for providing updates on your progress, pipeline status, and forecasting accuracy. You will also be responsible for conducting compelling product demonstrations via Zoom, showcasing the power and simplicity of the ButterflyMX system.
- • Beyond closing deals, you will focus on establishing and nurturing long-term customer relationships, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor to your clients. This involves understanding their unique challenges and demonstrating how ButterflyMX can be a strategic partner in their success. You will also have opportunities to represent ButterflyMX at relevant trade shows and conferences, further expanding our reach and brand presence.
