- • As a Specialty Provider Markets EHR Vendor Partnership Executive at Solventum, you will drive revenue and expand strategic partnerships with EHR/RIS/PACS software vendors, directly contributing to the company’s mission of improving healthcare through innovation at the intersection of health, material, and data science.
- • Day to day, you will manage and grow existing vendor partnerships, identify and establish new EHR/RIS/PACS vendor relationships, lead contract negotiations with legal and product teams, analyze market performance metrics, and collaborate cross-functionally to achieve predictable growth and strategic initiatives.
- • Solventum is a new healthcare company built on a legacy of solving complex challenges, where empathy, clinical intelligence, and innovation guide efforts to empower healthcare professionals and improve patient outcomes through partnerships with leading minds in healthcare technology.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in healthcare technology vendor ecosystems, sharpen strategic negotiation and partnership management skills, and achieve measurable impact by exceeding multi-million-dollar sales targets while expanding Solventum’s presence in non-traditional markets.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited university OR High School Diploma/GED and 8+ years of sales experience
- • 5 years of experience in channel partnership development and/or strategic account management
- • Consistently exceeds multi-million-dollar annual sales quotas
- • Experience working with legal documents tied to EHR/RIS/PACS vendor partnerships
- • Experience leading communication with C-level EHR/RIS/PACS vendor executives
- • Willingness to travel 20–25% domestically
