  • • As a Sales Account Executive, you will be at the forefront of driving new business acquisition. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a commission-driven environment, are motivated by tangible results, and possess a proven track record in cold calling and closing deals. Our sales cycles are typically 1-3 months, and we provide extensive training and opportunities for internal promotion.   • • Upon joining, you will embark on an intensive Sales Academy in NYC for your first week, designed to equip you with the knowledge and skills necessary for success. During your initial 90-day ramp-up period, your focus will be on 100% hunting and prospecting. You will dedicate approximately 50% of your time to prospecting and the other 50% to cold calling, aiming to build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified sales leads. A key responsibility will be to consistently cold call over 40 prospects daily, targeting Regional Property Managers, Commercial Real Estate Developers, and High-density real estate IT Installers. Your primary objective will be to generate new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
  • • Key responsibilities in this role include regularly contacting, prospecting, and developing new business accounts through proactive cold calling. You will be responsible for maintaining and growing your sales pipeline independently, without direct leads from marketing. Consistent communication with sales management regarding your progress and pipeline development is crucial. You will be tasked with developing and building out a defined sales territory, ensuring comprehensive market penetration. Closing deals within the expected sales cycle and consistently providing accurate pipeline forecasting are essential for success. You will conduct engaging product demonstrations via Zoom for prospective clients, effectively showcasing the value and benefits of ButterflyMX solutions. A critical aspect of this role is establishing strong customer relationships, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor who understands their unique challenges and provides tailored solutions. Additionally, you will represent ButterflyMX at relevant trade shows and conferences, networking with industry professionals and generating new leads.

  • • 3+ years of in-office product sales experience (Software, SaaS, B2B, Cloud based services, etc.)
