- • Serve as the primary point of contact for healthcare providers, oncologists, and hospital systems to promote and sell Artera’s AI-powered diagnostic tests designed to personalize cancer therapy decisions.
- • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire new enterprise clients across the U.S. healthcare ecosystem, including hospitals, cancer centers, and integrated delivery networks.
- • Conduct in-depth discovery calls and product demonstrations to articulate the clinical and operational value of Artera’s AI tests to physicians, lab directors, and administrative decision-makers.
- • Navigate complex healthcare procurement processes, including RFPs, contract negotiations, and compliance requirements specific to diagnostic testing and healthcare technology.
- • Collaborate with clinical and scientific teams to translate technical product capabilities into compelling, patient-centered value propositions for medical stakeholders.
- • Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records, pipeline forecasts, and sales activity reports to support revenue forecasting and strategic planning.
- • Build and sustain long-term relationships with key decision-makers in oncology, pathology, and hospital administration to drive repeat business and account expansion.
- • Stay current on evolving cancer treatment guidelines, reimbursement landscapes, and regulatory developments affecting AI-based diagnostics in oncology.
- • Work cross-functionally with marketing, customer success, and product teams to align sales strategies with market feedback and product roadmap priorities.
- • Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets through disciplined pipeline management, consistent outreach, and effective closing techniques.
- • Represent Artera at industry conferences, medical meetings, and clinical forums to increase brand visibility and generate qualified leads.
- • Educate prospects on the clinical utility, validation studies, and real-world evidence supporting Artera’s AI tests to build trust and overcome adoption barriers.
- • Identify and qualify new market opportunities by analyzing regional healthcare trends, competitor activity, and unmet clinical needs in cancer care.
- • Ensure all sales activities comply with HIPAA, FDA guidelines, and other applicable healthcare regulations.
- • Provide feedback to product and clinical teams based on direct customer interactions to inform future product enhancements and messaging.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven track record of success in selling complex B2B healthcare technology or diagnostic solutions to hospitals or oncology practices
- • Experience navigating healthcare procurement, RFP processes, and regulatory compliance (e.g., HIPAA, FDA)
- • Strong understanding of oncology care pathways and the role of diagnostic testing in treatment decision-making
- • Demonstrated ability to build relationships with physicians, lab directors, and hospital administrators
- • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales pipeline management
- • Willingness to travel up to 30% for client meetings and industry events
