  • • Artera Technologies Inc. is at the forefront of medical innovation, leveraging cutting-edge artificial intelligence to revolutionize cancer patient therapy. We are on a mission to personalize medical decisions for patients and physicians on a global scale, and we are seeking a highly motivated and accomplished Sales Account Executive to join our growing team. This is a unique opportunity to contribute significantly to a company that is making a tangible difference in the lives of cancer patients and their healthcare providers.
  • • As a Sales Account Executive, you will be instrumental in driving the adoption of Artera's groundbreaking AI-powered medical tests. Your primary focus will be on building and nurturing strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders within healthcare organizations, including oncologists, hospital administrators, laboratory directors, and other decision-makers. You will act as a trusted advisor, understanding their unique challenges and demonstrating how Artera's solutions can enhance patient outcomes, improve treatment efficacy, and streamline clinical workflows.
  • • This role demands a proactive and strategic approach to sales. You will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, developing tailored sales strategies, and effectively communicating the value proposition of Artera's AI diagnostic tests. This includes conducting in-depth product demonstrations, presenting compelling business cases, and negotiating complex contracts to secure new accounts and expand existing ones.
  • • A significant aspect of your role will involve market penetration and expansion within your assigned territory, which will primarily focus on Indiana. You will need to develop a deep understanding of the regional healthcare landscape, including key players, market trends, and competitive dynamics. This knowledge will enable you to craft targeted outreach campaigns and build a robust sales pipeline.
  • • Collaboration will be key to your success. You will work closely with Artera's marketing, medical affairs, and product development teams to provide valuable market feedback, contribute to product strategy, and ensure seamless customer onboarding and support. Your insights will directly influence our go-to-market strategies and product roadmap.
  • • Key responsibilities will include:
  • • Prospecting and identifying potential clients within the healthcare sector, with a strong emphasis on oncology practices, hospital systems, and diagnostic laboratories.
  • • Developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets within the assigned territory.
  • • Building and maintaining strong, trusted relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
  • • Conducting compelling product presentations and demonstrations, effectively articulating the clinical and economic benefits of Artera's AI solutions.
  • • Negotiating and closing complex sales agreements, ensuring favorable terms for both Artera and its clients.
  • • Managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to post-sale follow-up and account management.
  • • Staying abreast of industry trends, competitive activities, and advancements in AI and oncology diagnostics.
  • • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and drive successful implementation of Artera's technologies.
  • • Providing accurate and timely sales forecasts and reports to management.
  • • Representing Artera at industry conferences, trade shows, and other relevant events.
  • • This role offers the chance to be part of a mission-driven company that is making a real impact on cancer care. You will have the opportunity to work with innovative technology, engage with leading medical professionals, and contribute to the growth of a dynamic startup. Your success will be measured by your ability to drive revenue, expand Artera's market share, and build lasting partnerships within the healthcare community.
  • • We are looking for an individual who is passionate about healthcare innovation, possesses a strong understanding of the sales process, and is driven by a desire to achieve exceptional results. If you are a strategic thinker, an excellent communicator, and a proven closer, we encourage you to apply and help us shape the future of personalized cancer therapy.
