- • As a Sales Account Executive, SMB (AMER) at X-Bow Systems Inc., you will play a pivotal role in advancing the company’s mission to revolutionize cybersecurity through AI-driven autonomous pentesting. By targeting high-potential SMB clients with annual revenues between $100 million and $1 billion, you will directly contribute to scaling offensive security solutions in a market increasingly threatened by AI-powered cyberattacks. Your work will help organizations strengthen their defenses before breaches occur, making digital infrastructure safer at scale.
- • You will own the full sales cycle for SMB customers, from initial discovery through deal closure, managing a high-velocity pipeline with discipline and consistency. This includes conducting consultative conversations with security, engineering, and technical leaders to uncover their risk profiles, compliance concerns, and security priorities. You will deliver tailored demonstrations of XBOW’s autonomous pentesting platform, clearly articulating its value in reducing risk, improving efficiency, and enhancing security outcomes. Success hinges on your ability to qualify leads effectively, partner with SDRs and Sales Engineering teams, and execute evaluations that build trust and drive adoption.
- • You will collaborate closely with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to qualify inbound and outbound leads, ensuring optimal account coverage and timely follow-up. Partnership with Sales Engineering will be critical in running technical evaluations, addressing customer questions, and aligning solutions with buyer needs. Your role demands consistent execution against monthly and quarterly revenue targets, requiring strong time management, forecasting accuracy, and resilience in a fast-paced, scaling SaaS environment.

- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in consultative technical selling within the cybersecurity domain, refining your ability to map complex security challenges to AI-driven solutions. You will gain hands-on experience with modern sales tools like Salesforce, Gong, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, while building a track record in high-velocity SaaS sales. Over time, you’ll have the opportunity to grow into senior sales roles, influence sales strategy, and help shape the go-to-market motion as X-Bow expands its market presence.
🎯 Requirements
- • 1-3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales with a proven track record in quota-carrying, closing roles
- • Demonstrated success selling to SMB customers and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets in high-velocity environments
- • Experience selling technical products, preferably in cybersecurity, DevOps, developer tools, or infrastructure software
- • Proficiency with modern sales engagement tools including Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and Gong
- • Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to engage security, engineering, and technical stakeholders on risk, compliance, and value-based discussions
