- • As a Sales Account Executive, SMB (EMEA) at X-Bow Systems Inc., you will play a pivotal role in driving new customer acquisition for organizations with $100M to $1B in annual revenue, directly contributing to the company’s mission of revolutionizing offensive security through AI-powered autonomous pentesting. Your work will help security and engineering leaders at growing companies understand and mitigate cyber risk by adopting cutting-edge autonomous security solutions, positioning you at the forefront of a critical evolution in cybersecurity defense.
- • You will own the full sales cycle for SMB customers, from initial discovery through deal closure, managing a high-volume pipeline with disciplined execution and consistent deal progression. This includes conducting consultative discovery conversations to uncover customer security needs, risk tolerance, and strategic priorities, then presenting and demonstrating XBOW’s autonomous pentesting platform to technical and security stakeholders. You will clearly articulate the platform’s value in terms of risk reduction, operational efficiency, and improved security outcomes, while partnering closely with SDRs on lead qualification, account coverage, and follow-up strategy to ensure efficient opportunity progression.
- • You will collaborate closely with Sales Engineering to run effective technical evaluations and tailor solutions to customer environments, ensuring alignment between product capabilities and client needs. Your success will be measured by your ability to consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets in a fast-paced, high-velocity sales environment, leveraging modern sales tools and methodologies to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

🎯 Requirements
- • 1-3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, including a quota-carrying closing role
- • Proven success selling to SMB customers with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a high-velocity environment
- • Experience selling technical products such as cybersecurity, DevOps, developer tools, or infrastructure software preferred
- • Hands-on experience using Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Gong, and other modern sales engagement tools
