📋 Description

• Join TheFork, Europe’s leading restaurant booking platform, as a Sales Account Manager to drive revenue and build lasting partnerships with restaurants across your portfolio.
• Grow revenue month over month by selling and activating TheFork solutions, acting as the main point of contact for restaurants, advising on positioning, revenue management, and online marketing via email and phone.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to define and execute action plans, manage promotional plans (including Festivals, YUMS, and SUPER YUMS), and negotiate sustainable commercial terms that improve restaurant margins and seat occupancy.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, provide onboarding and training, share restaurant feedback with internal teams, and monitor KPIs including revenue generated, promotion quality, B2C issue levels, and participation in YUMS and Festival programmes.
• Work within a diverse, people-first culture at TheFork, part of the Tripadvisor Group, where values like respect, ownership, growth, and collaboration thrive, and contribute to disrupting the restaurant industry through innovation and passion for food and technology.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in account management or a similar commercial role
• Fluent French and fluent English, both written and spoken
• Fully computer literate with experience using MS Office and Salesforce or a similar CRM
• Comfortable having sales conversations and negotiations over the phone
• Experience managing a high volume of outbound and inbound calls (20–50 per day) and large account portfolios (600–1,000 accounts)
• Self-starter with strong results focus and experience working with KPIs and targets
• Ability to manage several priorities or projects simultaneously
