📋 Description
- • Join TheFork as a Sales Account Manager in Milan to drive restaurant revenue growth by selling TheFork’s suite of solutions, including TheFork App, TheFork Manager, and TheFork PAY, while building lasting partnerships with restaurateurs across Italy.
- • Day to day, you will manage a portfolio of restaurants, negotiate win-win agreements, act as the primary client contact via phone and email, support clients with positioning and revenue strategies, develop promotional campaigns with Marketing, ensure compliance with quality policies, provide tool training, and track KPIs such as upsells, festival participation, and YUMS program adoption.

- • In this role, you will sharpen your sales, negotiation, and account management skills, gain deep expertise in restaurant tech and revenue management, and grow professionally through continuous learning programs while contributing to TheFork’s mission of connecting diners and restaurants across Europe.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2+ years of experience in account management or relevant sales/client-facing roles
- • Native Italian and fluent English language proficiency
- • Proficiency with GSuite and Salesforce, plus strong computer literacy
- • Self-starter mindset with a results-oriented approach to meeting and exceeding targets
- • Comfortable conducting negotiations and conversations over the phone
- • Analytical and creative thinking to tailor solutions for restaurant clients
- • Ability to build trust quickly and manage multiple projects autonomously
