- • Serve as the primary point of contact for beauty, wellness, and self-care businesses in Kuala Lumpur, building and maintaining strong relationships to drive adoption and monetization of the Fresha platform.
- • Identify, qualify, and onboard new business clients including salons, barbershops, spas, medspas, fitness studios, and health practices within the Kuala Lumpur market.
- • Conduct in-person and virtual demonstrations of the Fresha all-in-one platform, highlighting features such as appointment booking, point-of-sale, customer records management, marketing automation, loyalty programs, inventory tracking, and team management.
- • Collaborate with local business owners to understand their operational challenges and tailor Fresha’s solutions to meet their specific needs, increasing platform utilization and retention.
- • Drive revenue growth by upselling and cross-selling additional Fresha services, including financial technology solutions and integrated marketing tools linked to Instagram, Facebook, and Google.
- • Track and report on key performance metrics including client acquisition, contract renewals, platform engagement, and revenue targets on a weekly and monthly basis.
- • Work closely with the General Manager, South East Asia, to align regional sales strategies with Fresha’s global growth objectives and market expansion plans.
- • Provide feedback to product and support teams based on direct client interactions to improve platform usability and address pain points in the local market.
- • Represent Fresha at local industry events, networking gatherings, and business expos to increase brand visibility and generate new leads within the beauty and wellness sector.
- • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in CRM systems, ensuring all communications, agreements, and follow-ups are documented and actionable.
- • Resolve client concerns promptly and effectively, acting as a trusted advisor to ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term partnership retention.
- • Stay informed on trends in the beauty, wellness, and self-care industries in Malaysia to anticipate client needs and position Fresha as the leading operational solution.
- • Coordinate with marketing and customer success teams to execute localized campaigns that drive client acquisition and engagement in the Kuala Lumpur region.
- • Manage a portfolio of existing clients, conducting regular check-ins to ensure platform adoption, identify expansion opportunities, and reduce churn.
- • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the regional leadership team.
- • Operate with autonomy in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, taking initiative to prospect, close, and nurture client relationships without constant oversight.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience as an Account Manager or Sales Representative in B2B SaaS, tech platforms, or service-based industries
- • Demonstrated ability to build relationships with small to medium-sized business owners in the beauty, wellness, or fitness sectors
- • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to conduct product demos and negotiate contracts
- • Experience using CRM systems and tracking sales metrics to meet targets
- • Willingness to travel within Kuala Lumpur and surrounding areas for client meetings and events
- • Self-motivated with a track record of working autonomously and managing a full sales cycle
