  • • As a Sales Account Specialist at Orisline (part of Henry Schein One), you will drive new customer acquisition for dental practice and dental laboratory management software solutions, playing a key role in expanding the company’s market presence in Italy through end-to-end sales cycles.
  • • Your day-to-day responsibilities include making outbound calls, scheduling and conducting client consultations, delivering product demonstrations, negotiating contracts, and managing the handover to the technical implementation team after closing deals.
  • • You will operate 100% remotely from your designated territory, maintaining regular contact with your Sales Manager for coaching, feedback, and market insights while updating the company CRM daily and leveraging digital sales tools.
  • • The team at Orisline has nearly 30 years of experience developing practice management software (Orisdent) with features like AI-powered assistance (MAIA), automated communications, online booking, and digital document management, serving dental clinics and labs across Italy.
  • • In this role, you will develop expertise in healthcare technology sales, strengthen your consultative selling skills, gain deep familiarity with dental practice operations, and have the opportunity to grow into a permanent position after a 12-month fixed-term contract.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in software, healthcare, or dental technology solutions
  • • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and long-term client relationships
  • • Self-motivated, organized, and proficient in using CRM systems and digital sales tools
  • • Fluency in Italian (written and spoken); English proficiency is a plus
