• • As a Sales and Events Operations Specialist at Ridealso Inc., you will serve as the operational backbone for national events and field sales teams, ensuring seamless delivery of customer experiences through efficient logistics and asset management.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities include managing end-to-end procurement, deployment, and inventory tracking of field assets; overseeing the EV fleet and event assets; coordinating physical assets across markets; acting as the primary liaison for compliance matters; maintaining incident reporting databases; leading the Splash Event Platform; developing and maintaining SOPs; leading operational development sprints; and traveling to support field operations and national events.
