- • Join Daikin Applied Americas Inc., the world's largest HVAC company and a Forbes-recognized Best-In-State Employer 2025, as a Sales Application Engineer - HVAC Controls, where you will drive growth and innovation in building automation solutions.
- • Coach, mentor, and train the sales force on consultative selling techniques; assist in developing strategic business plans and sales strategies to target, qualify, and secure prospects for energy-efficient HVAC systems and turnkey installations.
- • Partner with controls and energy engineering teams to analyze operating costs, conduct onsite due diligence, and coordinate with project management to ensure customer satisfaction and successful solution implementation.
- • Collaborate with marketing to promote the Daikin brand at trade shows and events; create customer value propositions with energy savings, payback calculations, and financing options; maintain partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve sales objectives.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree (engineering preferred) or equivalent work experience
- • 4-6+ years of experience in commercial HVAC, energy, or related field
- • Strong technical knowledge of procurement methods, contracting options, and customized solutions for closing sales
- • Experience with Tridium Niagara based or similar Open Protocol Systems and Building Automation System Architecture (Preferred)
- • Facility Management experience (Preferred)
- • Ability to travel up to 75%
