- • As a Sales Account Manager - SMB in Bangkok, you will drive monetization of the Fresha platform by building and managing relationships with small and medium-sized beauty and wellness businesses, directly contributing to revenue growth in a key market.
- • Day to day, you will prospect, onboard, and manage SMB accounts, deliver product demonstrations, negotiate contracts, upsell and cross-sell Fresha’s suite of tools (including POS, marketing, and inventory features), and ensure high customer satisfaction and retention through proactive account management.
- • You will join a dynamic, global Account Management team within Fresha’s fast-growing Southeast Asia operation, reporting to the Head of Account Management South East Asia, in a collaborative, high-performance culture focused on scaling impact across emerging markets.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in SaaS sales for the beauty and wellness industry, sharpen your consultative selling and negotiation skills, gain deep exposure to international business operations, and have the opportunity to grow into senior account leadership or regional management positions as Fresha expands.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience in B2B sales or account management, preferably within SaaS, tech, or the beauty/wellness industry.
- • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with business owners and stakeholders.
- • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- • Fluency in English; proficiency in Thai is a strong advantage for local market engagement.
- • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales pipeline management.
