- • The Sales Applications Engineer at Intel Corporation provides technical expertise to close new design win opportunities and co-engineers products to production, driving billed revenue through sales in and/or sales through. This role is critical to Intel’s growth strategy, supporting both established businesses and emerging opportunities by aligning technical capabilities with customer needs.
- • Day to day, the engineer cultivates relationships with Intel and customer teams to identify and develop new opportunities within assigned accounts, influences OEMs, distributors, and ecosystem partners to drive sales through revenue, develops product demonstrations to gauge capabilities, assists in product design and review during on-site visits, and ensures customer requirements are met. They also analyze data to reproduce errors, resolve or escalate customer issues, and provide timely feedback to manufacturing and product teams on product issues and future requirements.
- • The role operates within Intel’s global sales and applications engineering organization, working closely with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, product development, and field sales to ensure rapid resolution of customer issues and promote the highest levels of customer satisfaction. The position is based in Beijing, China, with remote work flexibility, and is structured as a commissioned sales role.
- • In this role, the individual can develop deep expertise in Intel’s product portfolio, strengthen technical sales and customer engagement skills, gain experience in co-engineering and product lifecycle support, and contribute directly to revenue growth and business continuity by anticipating and responding to evolving customer and market needs.
