📋 Description

• • The Sales Associate role at Avantor supports the strategic partnership with Rutgers University, focusing on consultative selling and customer engagement within an academic research environment to drive growth and strengthen Avantor’s presence.
• • Day to day, the person will spend significant time onsite at Rutgers campuses building relationships with researchers, lab managers, and procurement partners; support account strategies with the Field Sales Representative; use Excel to analyze data and identify opportunities; assist with pipeline development, marketing initiatives, and onboarding of new labs; coordinate with internal teams; and maintain accurate CRM data for reporting and forecasting.
