📋 Description
- • Amplify Education, Inc., a distinguished leader in K–12 education since 2000, is seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Associate to join our esteemed Sales Team on a part-time, contract basis. This role is ideal for a proactive individual with a keen interest in technology, a passion for making a tangible difference in education, and a desire to share outstanding, next-generation curriculum and assessment programs with educators across the nation.
- • As a Sales Associate, you will play a pivotal role in expanding the reach and impact of Amplify's innovative educational solutions. You will be instrumental in building brand awareness within K-12 school systems, engaging directly with educators, and supporting the sales cycle from initial contact through to successful implementation. Your efforts will directly contribute to empowering teachers with the tools they need to foster deep, creative thinking and inspire students to learn independently.
- • A core responsibility of this position involves conducting impactful sales meetings with school site personnel. These meetings are crucial for supporting supplemental campaign initiatives and showcasing the value proposition of Amplify's programs. You will be expected to articulate the Amplify story compellingly, highlighting how our ELA, math, and science programs, along with our formative assessment products, help educators identify and address the specific instructional needs of every student, building a strong foundation for academic success.
- • You will collaborate closely with Amplify Sales Account Executives, providing essential support for school visits and product demonstrations. This includes assisting with the logistics of product drop-offs and ensuring a seamless experience for potential clients. Your ability to work effectively as part of a team will be key to driving successful sales outcomes.
- • A significant aspect of the role involves identifying new sales opportunities. This requires a proactive approach to market research, lead generation, and nurturing potential leads. You will be responsible for advancing these opportunities in close collaboration with the sales team, ensuring that no potential client is overlooked.
- • Developing and nurturing strong relationships with key decision-makers within school buildings is paramount. You will act as a trusted advisor, understanding the unique challenges and goals of educational institutions and demonstrating how Amplify's solutions can effectively meet those needs and improve learning outcomes for students and teachers alike.
- • Providing valuable customer and competitive feedback to Sales Leadership is essential for continuous improvement and strategic planning. Your insights from direct interactions with educators and administrators will help shape product development and sales strategies, ensuring Amplify remains at the forefront of educational innovation.
- • You will have the opportunity to represent Amplify at various industry events, including state and local conferences, exhibits, and other relevant gatherings. This involves articulating the Amplify story with potential customers, engaging in meaningful conversations, and building brand presence within the educational community.
- • Furthermore, you will support correlation and rubric work as needed. This may involve assisting in aligning Amplify's curriculum with state standards or developing assessment rubrics that accurately measure student progress and understanding.
- • This role demands a self-starter mentality, a quick learning ability, and a genuine enthusiasm for educational technology. If you are an experienced presenter or trainer with a particular affinity for K-12 curriculum and a desire to drive positive change in education, this part-time contract position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a mission-driven organization.
- • The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the educational landscape and a commitment to helping schools make informed decisions that enhance learning outcomes. Amplify is dedicated to providing comprehensive training prior to deployment, ensuring you are well-equipped to represent our programs effectively. This role offers a competitive hourly rate of $50.00, making it an attractive opportunity for experienced professionals seeking flexible, impactful work.
- • By joining Amplify, you will be part of a company that has been a pioneer in K-12 education for over two decades, serving millions of students nationwide. Your contributions will directly impact the quality of education delivered to students and support educators in their vital work.
