  • • As a Sales Compensation Analyst on a 6-month contract, you will play a critical role in ensuring accurate and timely compensation for ChargePoint’s sales teams across North America and Europe, directly supporting the company’s mission to accelerate the adoption of electric mobility.
  • • Day to day, you will track variable compensation changes, configure employee records in Xactly, maintain quotas and variables, distribute sales compensation plans, troubleshoot data discrepancies, submit monthly payroll, collaborate with vendors to resolve errors, update training tools and policy documents, draft and implement compensation plans and management by objectives, complete monthly reconciliations and quarterly bonus payouts, support annual compensation reviews, assist in developing communication plans for compensation programs, and partner with Order Operations and Sales Support to verify payable opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Bachelor’s degree
  • • Minimum 3 years of sales compensation experience
  • • Experience working with Xactly (required)
  • • Intermediate/Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and nested IF statements
  • • Familiarity with Salesforce
  • • Strong troubleshooting and creative problem-solving abilities
  • • Excellent communication and expectation-setting skills
  • • High level of detail orientation and organizational skills
