- • Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas and KPIs for ADU design and construction services in the Greater Sacramento Area
- • Conduct in-person sales presentations to qualified warm leads, pitching the company’s high-quality, customized ADU solutions
- • Negotiate and close high-ticket deals with new and existing clients, maintaining a high conversion rate
- • Drive to prospective customers’ homes to take precise measurements using advanced tech devices
- • Utilize CRM systems, AI tools, and sales automation platforms to track pipeline performance and manage client interactions
- • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored client solutions aligned with homeowner needs and property specifications
- • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, deal stages, and sales metrics within company-approved digital systems
- • Work from the North Highlands office and travel throughout the Greater Sacramento Area to meet clients on-site
- • Leverage inbound leads generated by the company’s market leadership in the ADU sector to drive consistent sales volume
- • Operate with autonomy while adhering to company standards for client communication, compliance, and service delivery
- • Participate in ongoing professional development through the company’s internal online school and training programs
- • Engage in team collaboration and knowledge-sharing with colleagues across different time zones and work environments
- • Maintain a valid California driver’s license and personal vehicle for daily client visits and fieldwork
- • Represent a #1 leader in the Sacramento ADU market known for innovation, craftsmanship, and customer satisfaction

- • Receive virtual assistant support for routine administrative tasks to maximize focus on client-facing sales activities

🎯 Requirements
- • At least 2 years of proven B2C sales experience in ADUs, Residential Construction, Real Estate, or Property Management within the U.S. market
- • In-depth knowledge of ADUs and residential construction practices
- • Full professional working proficiency in English (Level C1-C2 American English)
- • A valid California driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle
- • Proficiency with CRM systems, AI tools, and sales automation software
- • Ideally, fluency in Russian or another Slavic language
