- • The Sales & Client Onboarding Coordinator at Inbeat Agency Inc. plays a critical role in bridging lead generation and contract execution, ensuring a seamless transition from prospect to client by managing inbound leads, preparing tailored proposals, tracking contracts, and coordinating smooth handoffs to operations—directly impacting revenue velocity and client satisfaction.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing, sending, and tracking contracts for timely signature execution; maintaining an organized contract storage and retrieval system; reviewing sales call recordings to create customized proposals aligned with client needs; managing a proposal template database for efficiency; promptly responding to and qualifying inbound leads based on predefined criteria; scheduling and coordinating sales calls with appropriate team members; maintaining accurate lead tracking and status updates in the CRM; overseeing the sales-to-operations handoff by documenting and communicating essential client details; collaborating with operations to ensure a smooth onboarding experience; and identifying process gaps to improve handoff efficiency.
