  • • Manage inbound leads from social media, email, applications, and referrals, ensuring timely and consistent follow-up with every prospect.
  • • Reactivate cold and past leads to re-engage prospects and maintain pipeline momentum.
  • • Own end-to-end lead pipeline management from initial inquiry through booked sales calls and enrollment support.
  • • Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records, ensuring complete documentation of all prospect interactions and status updates.
  • • Conduct regular CRM hygiene tasks to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and pipeline visibility across the sales team.
  • • Track and report on sales metrics and pipeline health, providing clear visibility into lead conversion rates and stage progression.
  • • Schedule and coordinate all sales calls, ensuring alignment with U.S.-based client time zones (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST).
  • • Distribute applications, payment links, and enrollment materials to prospects at the appropriate stages of the sales process.
  • • Coordinate handoffs between sales team members and ensure seamless transitions for prospects moving toward enrollment.
  • • Support enrollment processes by verifying documentation, confirming payments, and communicating next steps to prospects.
  • • Identify inefficiencies in lead follow-up workflows and propose actionable improvements to enhance operational consistency.
  • • Maintain high standards of organization across all sales operations activities, ensuring no qualified lead is overlooked or delayed.
  • • Ensure all prospect communications are professional, timely, and aligned with brand voice and process standards.
  • • Work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining accountability for pipeline accuracy and follow-up timelines.
  • • Collaborate closely with the sales team to remove administrative barriers, allowing them to focus on client conversations and closing.
  • • Adapt to evolving sales processes and implement new systems or tools to improve scalability and efficiency.
  • • Deliver a consistent, high-quality experience for every prospect, from first contact through enrollment.
  • • Maintain accurate and actionable pipeline reporting to support sales forecasting and strategic decision-making.
  • • Demonstrate proactive ownership of lead nurturing, pipeline organization, and operational excellence without requiring constant oversight.
  • • Ensure all sales operations tasks are completed accurately and on time, contributing directly to business growth and revenue conversion.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 2+ years of experience in Sales Coordination, Lead Management, Customer Success, Sales Operations, or CRM-focused roles
  • • Experience managing inbound leads and sales pipelines from initial inquiry through enrollment or handoff
  • • Strong experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Salesforce, or similar systems
  • • Ability to work during U.S. business hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST)
  • • Proven ability to manage large lead volumes while maintaining accuracy and responsiveness
  • • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
