- • The Sales Deployment Specialist - Sr. Consultant II leads creative sourcing strategies to drive successful deployment of new agency appointments across Colorado, Idaho, and New Mexico, supporting broader team efforts as needed.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include building and maintaining a diverse network of key organizations and centers of influence, prospecting and developing candidate pipelines, presenting the Allstate agency owner opportunity and compensation plan, conducting cash flow/business planning discussions, prescreening and interviewing candidates, consulting with regional leaders on agency deployment needs, coordinating with regional EA recruiting teams and sales leadership, and facilitating smooth candidate transfers to sales leaders.
- • Allstate is a leader in insurance innovation with over 90 years of protecting families, known for advocating safety advancements like seat belts and air bags, and leading in pricing sophistication, telematics, and identity protection.
- • In this role, the individual will develop advanced recruiting and relationship management skills, gain deep expertise in agency owner recruitment and business planning, and contribute directly to market expansion and sales team success through strategic sourcing and closing.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4 year Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred)
- • 3 or more years of related experience (Preferred)
- • Recruiting experience (Preferred)
- • Property and Casualty licenses required
- • Life/Health licenses required
