  • • Conduct outbound sales outreach via phone, SMS, and email to generate new leads and re-engage pending inquiries.
  • • Qualify prospects through direct conversations and schedule appointments for the sales team.
  • • Maintain consistent communication across the entire sales pipeline, ensuring no leads are lost or overlooked.
  • • Follow up with inbound inquiries, old leads, and pending estimates to maximize conversion opportunities.
  • • Assist in designing and refining outbound sales systems, including scripting, follow-up sequences, and lead management workflows.
  • • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as call volume, appointment booking rates, and response rates.
  • • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system, ensuring full visibility of lead status and customer interactions.
  • • Organize and prioritize follow-ups to optimize pipeline flow and improve sales efficiency.
  • • Support leadership in building scalable, repeatable sales operations that can grow with the business.
  • • Use CRM tools, dialers, and communication platforms such as Odoo CRM, OpenPhone, Aircall, and Google Workspace to manage daily activities.
  • • Work exclusively during U.S. business hours (9 AM – 5 PM EST) to align with client time zones and support U.S.-based clients.
  • • Operate independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with minimal supervision.
  • • Demonstrate strong verbal English communication skills in high-volume outbound calling and customer interactions.
  • • Build and nurture relationships with prospects through professional, persistent, and structured follow-up.
  • • Contribute directly to improving lead conversion rates and increasing pipeline visibility for the sales team.
  • • Help establish standardized processes for lead qualification, appointment setting, and pipeline organization.
  • • Ensure all outreach activities are documented accurately and consistently within the company’s CRM.
  • • Adapt quickly to evolving sales strategies and feedback from leadership to refine outreach tactics.
  • • Maintain high levels of productivity and accountability with a KPI-focused mindset.
  • • Participate in ongoing optimization of sales workflows to enhance efficiency and results.
  • • Record a video application showcasing your sales skills and experience as part of the application process.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 2+ years of experience in outbound sales, SDR, appointment setting, or call center environments
  • • Experience with cold calling and lead qualification
  • • Strong verbal English communication skills
  • • Experience using CRM systems such as Odoo CRM, dialers, Google Workspace, OpenPhone, or Aircall
  • • Ability to work during U.S. business hours (9 AM – 5 PM EST)
  • • Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
