- • Lead, coach, and enable a team of four Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) based in Boston, covering both inbound and outbound pipeline generation for enterprise accounts.
- • Hire, onboard, ramp, and develop new SDRs as the US sales development team scales from the ground up.
- • Build and sustain a high-performance culture rooted in preparation, accountability, and continuous improvement within the SDR team.
- • Partner directly with Enterprise Account Executives (AEs) to align SDR coverage with territory priorities and account strategies.
- • Design and execute outbound prospecting strategies targeting technical buyers in the B2B SaaS space.
- • Conduct hands-on coaching sessions focused on qualification techniques, messaging refinement, outreach optimization, and objection handling through role plays and call reviews.
- • Monitor and analyze SDR activity, conversion rates, and pipeline metrics to identify gaps and drive process improvements.
- • Ensure consistent and effective use of Salesforce, Outreach, and other prospecting tools to reduce ramp time and improve team execution.
- • Strengthen the team’s ability to engage confidently with senior technical stakeholders during outreach and discovery conversations.
- • Provide clear, data-driven reporting on SDR performance, pipeline contribution, hiring progress, and ramp timelines to US sales leadership and RevOps.
- • Support regional marketing campaigns, event follow-ups, and feedback loops as n8n expands its presence in North America.
- • Collaborate closely with US sales leadership, Enterprise AEs, RevOps, People, and Marketing teams to align on pipeline goals, hiring needs, and operational workflows.
- • Maintain deep familiarity with n8n’s AI orchestration platform and its value proposition to technical buyers to effectively coach the team on product relevance.
- • Foster strong cross-functional relationships to ensure seamless handoffs between SDRs and AEs, and to improve overall GTM efficiency.
- • Act as a key liaison between the Boston office and global teams in Berlin, ensuring alignment on sales processes, messaging, and metrics.
- • Support the expansion of n8n’s US presence by contributing to regional go-to-market initiatives and scaling the SDR motion in alignment with company growth targets.
🎯 Requirements
- • 1–2 years leading or managing SDRs, ideally across both inbound and outbound motions
- • B2B SaaS background with a clear understanding of SaaS sales processes and metrics
- • Proven track record in sales development and how high-performing SDR teams generate qualified pipeline
- • Coaching mindset, with experience developing SDRs through feedback, role plays, call reviews, and structured enablement
- • Strong interpersonal skills; able to coach junior talent and engage senior stakeholders
- • Enterprise sales acumen across prospecting, qualification, and creating relevance with senior buyers
- • Fluency with Salesforce, Outreach, and prospecting platforms for managing activity and performance
- • Based in Boston and able to work from the office three days per week
