📋 Description

• Lead and scale the EU Sales Development team to drive outbound pipeline generation for Sanity’s AI-powered Content Platform, targeting developers, product teams, and digital experience leaders.
• Design and execute multi-channel outbound strategies (email, phone, social, video) using data-driven signals from product usage, free sign-ups, and trials to engage high-intent prospects.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps to refine ICP, lead scoring, and sequencing while owning and optimizing the SDR tech stack including Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Build scalable training programs, playbooks, and KPIs to ensure consistent SDR performance and foster a culture of experimentation and signal-based selling.
• Shape Sanity’s outbound motion with autonomy and visibility, leveraging real product signals to create meaningful conversations with technical buyers.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Sales Development, including at least 1 year in a leadership role at a developer-focused SaaS or PLG company.
• Proven ability to scale SDR teams in high-growth environments with a track record of driving outbound pipeline.
• Deep expertise in tailoring outbound messaging to technical buyers such as developers, product managers, and digital experience teams.
• Experience activating outbound campaigns from in-product behavior and product-led funnels.
