- ⢠As a Sales Development Manager at Sanity, you will lead and scale the US SDR team to drive high-impact outbound pipeline generation, directly contributing to revenue growth by targeting developers, product teams, and digital experience leaders in a fast-growing AI-powered content operations platform.
- ⢠You will design and execute multi-channel outbound strategies (email, phone, social, video) that leverage product usage signals and marketing insights to engage high-intent prospects, while building scalable playbooks, training programs, and KPIs that ensure consistent team performance and alignment with Sales, RevOps, and Marketing.
- ⢠You will partner closely with Marketing and Product to operationalize in-product behaviorâsuch as free sign-ups, trial activations, and usage metricsâinto targeted outbound campaigns, turning behavioral data into meaningful conversations with technical buyers.
- ⢠You will own and continuously optimize the SDR tech stack, including Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Common Room, ensuring the team has the right tools to execute data-driven, signal-based outreach at scale.
- ⢠You will foster a high-performing, inclusive team culture by coaching SDRs, refining ICP and lead scoring models, and creating an environment where outbound is seen as a strategic, insight-led function rather than a volume-driven tactic.
- ⢠You will have the autonomy to experiment with new outbound tactics, measure what works, and iterate quicklyâbacked by clean data, cross-functional support, and leadership visibilityâallowing you to shape Sanityâs outbound engine from the ground up.
đŻ Requirements
- ⢠3+ years of experience in Sales Development, with at least 1 year in a leadership role managing SDRs.
- ⢠Proven experience building and scaling outbound strategies in developer-focused SaaS or product-led growth (PLG) environments.
- ⢠Deep expertise in tailoring messaging and outreach to technical buyers, including developers, product managers, and digital experience teams.
- ⢠Demonstrated success in leveraging in-product behavior (e.g., free sign-ups, usage metrics) to trigger and personalize outbound campaigns.
- ⢠Hands-on experience with SDR tech stack tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and similar platforms.
- ⢠Experience selling horizontal platforms with complex buyer personas and long sales cycles in B2B SaaS.
