- • As a Sales Development Representative at Engine Group Holdings, Inc., you will play a critical role in driving the company’s rapid growth by generating and qualifying new sales opportunities through proactive outreach. This role is ideal for motivated individuals eager to launch or advance their sales careers in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment focused on transforming business travel through innovative technology.
- • Day to day, you will make high-volume outbound calls to prospects, leverage LinkedIn and email to identify and research leads, build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, collaborate with account executives and marketing teams to align outreach strategies, keep CRM systems updated with accurate lead and activity data, stay current on product knowledge and industry trends, and consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs such as call volume, meetings scheduled, and lead conversion rates.
