- • As an SDR, your primary mission will be to identify, engage, and qualify potential customers, acting as the crucial first point of contact in our sales process. You will be instrumental in generating high-quality leads that will be nurtured by our sales team, ensuring a steady flow of opportunities for DevRev.
- • Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of outbound sales activities. This includes conducting thorough research on prospective clients to understand their business needs, identifying key decision-makers, and gathering essential contact details. This diligent preparation will enable you to craft personalized outreach strategies.
- • You will proactively reach out to these prospects through various channels, including phone calls, targeted email campaigns, professional networking, and social media engagement. The goal is to initiate conversations, build rapport, and generate interest in DevRev's unique Team Intelligence solution.
- • A significant aspect of your role will involve qualifying leads to ensure they align with DevRev's ideal customer profile. This means understanding their challenges, budget, authority, and timeline (BANT) to determine their readiness for a deeper sales engagement.
- • Once a lead is qualified, you will be responsible for setting up introductory meetings or demonstrations between these prospects and our experienced Sales Representatives. Your success in scheduling these meetings directly impacts the sales team's ability to close deals and drive revenue.
- • A deep understanding of DevRev's product, Computer, and its value proposition is essential. You will need to articulate how our AI-native platform, which unifies data sources, tools, and workflows, provides real-time insights, proactive suggestions, and powerful agentic actions to enhance team collaboration and eliminate repetitive work.
- • You will be expected to meet and exceed ambitious sales targets, contributing to the overall revenue goals of the organization. Performance will be measured by key metrics such as the number of qualified leads generated, meetings set, and pipeline value created.
- • Meticulous data management is a critical component of this role. You will be required to accurately log all sales activities, prospect interactions, and customer data within our CRM system. Maintaining up-to-date and organized records is vital for effective pipeline management and reporting.
- • Collaboration is key to success at DevRev. You will work closely with both the Sales and Marketing teams, sharing insights from prospect interactions, providing feedback on go-to-market strategies, and contributing to the refinement of sales scripts and messaging.
- • Your typical work week will involve dedicating significant time to prospect research, utilizing tools and platforms to gather intelligence. You will then execute multi-channel outreach campaigns, manage your pipeline, and continuously refine your approach based on performance data and team feedback.
