  • • Own the top-of-funnel engine for one of the fastest-growing cybersecurity compliance platforms on the planet. As a Sales Development Representative at Secureframe, you will be the first human touchpoint for thousands of security-minded prospects who discover us through Forbes, TechCrunch, WSJ, and word-of-mouth. Your conversations will directly influence how organizations—from seed-stage start-ups to Fortune 500 giants—protect customer data and pass SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, PCI, and other rigorous audits.
  • • Source new sales prospects within Secureframe’s Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) using a modern, data-driven tech stack that includes Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, 6sense intent data, and our own proprietary signals. You will build laser-focused lists, craft hyper-personalized sequences, and run multi-channel campaigns that cut through the noise and book high-value meetings.
  • • Respond to and qualify inbound leads generated by our award-winning marketing team, turning webinar attendees, e-book downloaders, and demo-requesters into sales-ready opportunities. You will run tight discovery calls to uncover pain points, quantify business impact, and map stakeholders—arming Account Executives with everything they need to run world-class demos and close deals.
  • • Consistently exceed monthly and quarterly quotas for sourced qualified opportunities and influenced pipeline value. You will track leading indicators (calls, emails, connects, meetings set) and lagging indicators (pipeline dollars, win rate) in Salesforce dashboards that are visible to the entire GTM leadership team.
  • • Partner shoulder-to-shoulder with seasoned Account Executives to strategize on named accounts, refine Ideal Customer Profiles, and iterate on messaging. Shadow AE discovery calls, co-present to champions, and eventually run the first 15 minutes of a demo yourself—accelerating your path to a closing role.
  • • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to surface market feedback, beta-test new messaging, and champion customer stories. Your frontline insights will directly shape roadmap priorities and campaign themes.
  • • Become a recognized expert in the compliance and security space. Within 90 days you will speak fluently about control mappings, audit timelines, and the ROI of continuous compliance. Within 6 months you will be invited to speak on webinars and panels as a Secureframe ambassador.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 1+ years of professional work experience; prior SDR/BDR experience in SaaS is a strong plus
  • • Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced startup environment
  • • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a knack for crisp, compelling messaging
  • • Quick learner who can grasp complex technical concepts and articulate value to both technical and business buyers
  • • Resilient, goal-oriented mindset with a hunger to exceed quota and grow into a closing role
