- • Your primary focus will be on building meaningful relationships with prospective customers. This involves deeply understanding their unique business challenges and demonstrating how Mapbox's innovative location-based solutions can address those needs. You will act as the initial point of contact, setting the stage for successful sales engagements and conversions by the Account Executive team.
- • Intelligent Prospecting: You will leverage a sophisticated tech stack, including modern email platforms, dialers, LinkedIn, and AI-driven intent signals, to conduct intelligent prospecting. This allows for the identification and prioritization of high-value leads across both inbound and outbound channels, ensuring your outreach is targeted and impactful.
- • AI-Enhanced Outreach: A key aspect of this role is architecting and executing multi-channel outreach campaigns. You will utilize AI tools to customize messaging, ensuring that every interaction is bespoke, relevant, and resonates with the prospect's specific context. This approach balances personalization with the necessity of maintaining a high volume of activity.
- • Workflow Optimization: We encourage a culture of continuous improvement. You will actively experiment with AI tools and automation to streamline your daily tasks, thereby increasing your "speed-to-lead" and maximizing overall productivity. This means focusing on high-impact activities and minimizing manual, repetitive work.
- • Lead Qualification: A critical responsibility is engaging with inbound leads and conducting strategic discovery calls. You will expertly qualify prospects by assessing their business needs, budget constraints, and decision-making timelines, ensuring that only the most promising opportunities are passed to the sales team.
- • Pipeline Generation: Your success will be measured by your ability to schedule qualified meetings for the Account Executive team. This consistent generation of high-quality opportunities is vital for maintaining a healthy and productive sales pipeline.
- • CRM Management: Maintaining meticulous records is essential. You will be responsible for ensuring that all prospect interactions, lead statuses, and subsequent actions are accurately and promptly updated within Salesforce, upholding the integrity of our customer data.
- • Collaboration: This role requires strong teamwork. You will work in close collaboration with Account Executives, the Manager of SDRs, and other members of the sales organization. This ensures seamless lead handoffs, consistent messaging, and alignment on account strategies and prospecting efforts.
- • Continuous Learning: The technology landscape is constantly evolving, and so are we. You will be expected to stay at the forefront of sales technology, actively participating in regular training sessions. This will enhance your product knowledge, refine your sales skills, and deepen your mastery of AI-forward prospecting workflows.
- • Performance Tracking: Your performance will be tracked against key performance indicators (KPIs), including leads generated, meetings booked, and sales opportunities created.
