- • Generate qualified sales opportunities for Ema’s enterprise sales team by identifying and engaging potential customers through LinkedIn, email sequencing, and cold calling.
- • Own and manage a book of business with clear metrics tracking, including SQLs (Sales Qualified Leads) and pipeline value for assigned solutions.
- • Collaborate with marketing to drive attendance at webinars, follow up with attendees, and convert interest into scheduled meetings for the sales team.
- • Work directly with sales representatives to book meetings with targeted enterprise accounts aligned with Ema’s ICP (Ideal Customer Profile).
- • Utilize sales engagement tools such as HubSpot to execute outreach campaigns, track interactions, and maintain accurate CRM records.
- • Adapt quickly to evolving outreach strategies and product messaging as Ema’s Agentic AI platform continues to scale in production environments.
- • Participate in sales events and industry gatherings to support lead generation and relationship building with enterprise prospects.
- • Maintain a deep understanding of Ema’s platform capabilities and how they solve repetitive task automation across enterprise functions.
- • Deliver consistent, high-volume outreach while maintaining personalized communication that resonates with enterprise decision-makers.
- • Learn rapidly on a fast-paced startup timeline, iterating on outreach tactics based on feedback from sales and marketing teams.
- • Contribute to continuous improvement of lead qualification processes by sharing insights from customer interactions and campaign performance.
- • Align daily activities with company goals to expand Ema’s customer base in global enterprise markets, particularly in technology-driven industries.
- • Represent Ema professionally in all external communications, reflecting the company’s mission to transform enterprise productivity through AI.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or a similar role, ideally within SaaS or technology-driven companies.
- • Proven track record of successful lead generation, qualification, and pipeline management.
- • Experience selling platform-like products with multiple capabilities.
- • Familiarity with HubSpot and other sales engagement tools.
- • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- • Experience in a fast-paced startup environment is a plus.
