Sales Development Representative

📋 Description

• • As a Sales Development Representative at Clipboard Health, you will play a critical role in expanding the company’s Home Health vertical by driving new customer acquisition through high-volume outbound outreach. Your work directly supports the company’s mission to lift people up the socioeconomic ladder by connecting healthcare professionals with workplaces that need them.
• • On a day-to-day basis, you will make hundreds of outbound calls per week, pitch Clipboard’s platform to prospective healthcare employers, qualify leads, book meetings for Account Executives, handle objections in real time, and accurately log all activities in Salesforce. You will also collaborate with leadership to refine messaging based on frontline feedback from customer interactions.
• • Clipboard Health is a fast-growing, profitable Series C startup backed by Y Combinator, serving thousands of healthcare facilities and professionals across the U.S. With a global, remote team of over 1,000 employees, the company has filled millions of shifts since becoming profitable in 2022 and is expanding into new verticals including Dental and Home Health.
