- • You will identify potential corporate customers for Sherpany’s cloud-based meeting management solution using channels such as LinkedIn and Xing.
- • You will initiate contact with decision-makers via phone and email to generate interest in Sherpany’s SaaS product.
- • Your primary goal is to qualify outbound leads and coordinate follow-up meetings between qualified prospects and sales executives.
- • You will maintain accurate and up-to-date customer data within the company’s CRM system, ensuring strict adherence to established sales processes.
- • You will participate in additional sales and marketing initiatives, including attendance at trade fairs and other promotional activities.
- • You will work within an international team of sales professionals in a dynamic, fast-paced environment focused on business growth.
- • You will leverage your fluency in Swedish and strong English skills to communicate effectively with prospects across Sweden and other Nordic markets.
- • You will operate with autonomy, taking ownership of your pipeline while aligning with team goals and performance metrics.
- • You will continuously learn and adapt to new sales techniques, product updates, and market trends to improve outreach effectiveness.
- • You will contribute to a culture of collaboration, where ideas are welcomed and personal responsibility is encouraged.
- • You will use company-provided Apple MacBooks and modern tools to execute your daily responsibilities efficiently.

🎯 Requirements
- • Fluency in Swedish and a good level of English
- • Passion for sales and a fearless approach to cold outreach via phone and email
- • Ability to work independently, learn quickly, and maintain a results-oriented mindset
- • Experience or strong interest in B2B SaaS sales and CRM data management
- • Comfort working in a dynamic, international team environment
- • Willingness to participate in trade fairs and other sales-related events
