- • As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Pavago, you will be the critical first point of contact for prospects, driving revenue growth by identifying, researching, and qualifying potential customers through targeted outbound outreach. Your work directly fuels the sales pipeline and shapes brand perception in competitive B2B markets.
- • Day to day, you will research and build lead lists using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, or Apollo; execute 60–100 daily touchpoints across email, phone, and LinkedIn; write and personalize outbound sequences; conduct 30–40 cold calls with scripts and objection handling; log all activities in CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot; A/B test campaigns; collaborate with Account Executives on handoffs; and align with marketing on messaging and lead quality.
- • Pavago partners with U.S.-based clients to deliver remote talent solutions, operating as a trusted intermediary that connects skilled professionals in Argentina with global opportunities. The company emphasizes performance, process discipline, and continuous improvement in outbound sales execution.
- • In this role, you will develop advanced outbound sales expertise, master multi-channel prospecting techniques, deepen your understanding of B2B SaaS and professional services sales cycles, and gain hands-on experience with sales engagement platforms and CRM systems — positioning you for rapid career growth into senior SDR, AE, or sales leadership roles.
